Traditional passport rankings assume you only hold a single passport and no other travel assets. However, in reality, your travel freedom is dictated by the combination of your passports, the visas you hold, and your permanent residencies.

The Discover page is an intelligent mobility engine that calculates the easiest path of entry to every destination in the world, tailored specifically to your unique profile.

How the Engine Works

When you add your travel assets (e.g., a primary passport, a secondary passport, a US B1/B2 Visa, or a European residency), our engine evaluates every possible route you can take to enter a country. It then automatically selects the path of least resistance.

1. Multiple Passports

If you hold dual citizenship, the engine will check both passports against a destination's entry policies. If one passport gives you Visa-Free access and the other requires an e-Visa, it will highlight the Visa-Free route as your primary travel option.

2. Visa & Residency Overrides

Holding a powerful visa (like a US, UK, or Schengen visa) or a residency permit often acts as a master key, bypassing standard passport rules.

For example, if your passport normally requires a visa to enter Mexico, but you hold a valid US Visa, Mexico waives the requirement. Our engine recognizes this override, upgrading your entry status for Mexico from "Visa Required" to "Visa-Free" based on that specific asset.

  • The Engine Calculates: Mexico has a special override rule. Anyone holding a valid US Visa is entirely exempt from their standard visa requirement. Our engine recognizes this.
  • Your Result: Visa Required (Matched via path_standard_policy / )

The Verdict: By factoring in the US Visa, the Discover engine automatically overrides your passport's weakness. It upgrades your entry status for Mexico from Visa Required to Visa Required instantly, saving you weeks of paperwork and embassy fees.
